第1条（適用）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Tokyo Soundscape Archive（以下「当サービス」）が提供する音源ライブラリ、ウェブサイト、および関連サービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで当サービスを利用するものとします。
第2条（定義）
- 「音源」とは、当サービスが提供するフィールドレコーディング音声ファイルおよび関連メタデータを指します。
- 「ライセンス」とは、音源の使用を許諾する権利を指します。
- 「利用者」とは、当サービスのウェブサイトにアクセスする、または音源を購入するすべての個人・法人を指します。
第3条（音源ライセンス）
- Individual License（個人ライセンス）: 1名のユーザーに限定。商用利用可（映像、ゲーム、放送、ポッドキャスト等）。ロイヤリティフリー。再販・再配布は不可。
- Team License（チームライセンス）: 最大5名のユーザー。商用利用可。社内サーバーへの配置可。再販・再配布は不可。
- Enterprise License（エンタープライズライセンス）: 人数無制限。カスタム録音の依頼可能。個別契約による。
第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 音源そのものを単体で再販・再配布すること（音源ライブラリとしての販売を含む）
- 音源をストックサウンドサービスやサンプルパックとして再販すること
- ライセンスの範囲を超えたユーザー数での利用
- 音源に含まれるメタデータの改ざん
- 違法・反社会的な目的での音源の使用
- 当サービスの運営を妨害する行為
第5条（許諾される利用）
正規にライセンスを取得した利用者は、以下の用途で音源を使用できます：
- 映画、テレビ番組、ウェブ動画、広告への組み込み
- ゲーム、VR/ARコンテンツへの組み込み
- ポッドキャスト、音楽制作への組み込み
- 教育、研究目的での使用
- 上記制作物の商業的な配信・販売
第6条（知的財産権）
音源の著作権その他の知的財産権は、Tokyo Soundscape Archiveに帰属します。ライセンスの取得は、著作権の譲渡を意味しません。利用者にはライセンス条件の範囲内で使用する権利のみが付与されます。
第7条（返金ポリシー）
デジタル商品の性質上、ダウンロード完了後の返金には原則として応じかねます。ただし、ファイルの破損や技術的な不具合が認められる場合は、個別に対応いたします。
第8条（免責事項）
当サービスは、音源の品質向上に努めますが、特定の目的への適合性について保証するものではありません。音源の使用に起因する損害について、当サービスは法律で許容される範囲において責任を負いません。
第9条（規約の変更）
当サービスは、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、当ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tokyo Soundscape Archive website, sound libraries, and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
- "Sound Assets" refers to field recording audio files and associated metadata provided by the Service.
- "License" refers to the right to use Sound Assets as granted under these Terms.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses the website or purchases Sound Assets.
3. Sound Asset Licenses
- Individual License: Limited to one (1) user. Commercial use permitted (film, games, broadcast, podcasts). Royalty-free. Resale and redistribution of raw files prohibited.
- Team License: Up to five (5) users. Commercial use permitted. Internal server deployment permitted. Resale and redistribution prohibited.
- Enterprise License: Unlimited users. Custom recording requests available. Subject to individual agreement.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users shall not:
- Resell or redistribute Sound Assets as standalone files or as part of a sound library
- Redistribute Sound Assets through stock sound services or sample packs
- Exceed the licensed number of users
- Alter or falsify metadata embedded in Sound Assets
- Use Sound Assets for illegal or antisocial purposes
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
5. Permitted Uses
Licensed Users may use Sound Assets in:
- Film, television, web video, and advertising productions
- Games, VR/AR content
- Podcasts and music productions
- Educational and research applications
- Commercial distribution and sale of the above productions
6. Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the Sound Assets remain with Tokyo Soundscape Archive. A License does not constitute a transfer of copyright. Users are granted only the right to use Sound Assets within the scope of their License.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available after download. However, we will address cases involving corrupted files or technical issues on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure the quality of our Sound Assets, we do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Sound Assets.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on this website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
